Misogi

{noun} /mɪˈsoʊɡi/

A goal so big it defines your entire year

Misogi, meaning 'water cleansing', is an ancient Japanese practice involving purifying the mind, body, and spirit through physical and mental challenges. In samurai tradition, it helps warriors build mental clarity and gain a deeper understanding of themselves by pushing their limits

At its core, “misogi” is about transformation. It's about shedding old habits and beliefs, and embracing a new, more powerful version of yourself. More specifically, the “Misogi Challenge” is about doing something so tough, once a year, that it shapes how you live the rest of your 364 days

Psst.. It has to be something that scares you, something you may not be able to complete

Each Adventure is carefully curated to provide you with Support, Comfort and Growth

Our Clients Say

I’ve traveled across Latin America, including Guatemala, Mexico City, Lima, and Medellín, but this trip to Patagonia was the best by far.

The adventure was split into three days of incredible activities. On the first day, we hiked about 12 miles to one of Patagonia’s most famous lakes. If you Google "Patagonia," you'll see stunning images, but nothing compares to being there in person. The hike was tough but rewarding, and at the top, we were greeted by a breathtaking turquoise lake with three towering peaks behind it. We spent hours just taking it all in—it’s one of the most jaw-dropping landscapes I’ve ever seen.

The second day was dedicated to horseback riding, which I didn’t expect to enjoy as much. I’ve been nervous around horses since falling off one as a kid, but this time was different. Riding through Patagonia’s incredible scenery was unforgettable, and afterward, we enjoyed an amazing Asado, prepared by our hosts. The food was top-notch, and despite the rainy, cloudy weather, the experience was fantastic.

The final day was a glacier cruise through a stunning fjord. We sailed toward a massive glacier, then disembarked to see it up close. The sheer scale and beauty of it were overwhelming.

I highly recommend this trip. The logistics were handled flawlessly, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The hike was challenging but only added to the adventure. Patagonia truly exceeded expectations!

"It's the philosophy of putting yourself in nature and thinking about what you feel. First, we experience. Then we reflect. Some things can't be learned without being directly experienced. On the mountain, the mountain is the teacher".
